"Es un buen hotel, pero necesita invertir en su pintura exterior. Además, una de las sábanas de la habitación estaba manchada; la máquina de hielo del piso estaba fuera de servicio; y el tercer piso no tenía botones para pedir el ascensor. El desayuno estuvo bueno y tuvimos un buen servicio en recepción. ..."

"I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm with my luggage and without even saying good afternoon the front desk lady said if you are here for checking in we don’t have any rooms available yet.
