Rooms were excellent. House keeping has folded the towels up into little hearts. Cute. Everything was clean. Some of the gates for handles need to be replaced, as they were difficult to get into and I've was just broken. We will stay there again. This was the 2nd time on the property. 5/5.

Wonderful stay here ad property was very well maintained and in a beautiful surrounding. Staff was super friendly at the front desk and cafe for breakfast. Convenient for our stay in the area with family and close to any shopping if needed. Would highly recommend!

Homewood Suites (HS) is our go to place for lodging. We enjoy using the BBQ on the common patio area, the hot breakfast, the blackout curtains in the room and walks in the safe, neighboring area (which is primarily office complexes and is quiet on the weekends). They also have a fitness room and a laundry room, which we did not use on this trip. One downside is that they charge guests a $10 fee to park in their parking lot (given the base price of the room, this should be included). However, other than that, HS Rancho Cordova is a safe and clean place to stay. Frequent guest tip: request a room on the southwest area of the complex, as the freeway and local businesses are on the northern side (we heard freeway/roadway noise and a semi truck blasting it's horn in the early morning hours).

We are frequent guest of Homewood Suites. We especially enjoy the well-supplied kitchen (cookware, dishes, and utensils), two-burner stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave oven, and access to a BBQ, so we don't have to eat in restaurants during our stay. The hot breakfast in the morning offers a variety of nicely prepared hot foods, including a nake-your-own Belgian waffle station. There are also cold breakfast options, as well. Too bad the social hour is only in the middle of the week, as a glass of wine or beer would be nice after a long drive. Regardless, Homewood Suites continues to be our choice.

We stayed in a suite with a kitchen, and it was very nice. 6 of us were able to sleep comfortably. The breakfast had a lot of great choices; in addition to the standard waffles, bagels/pastries/toast, they also had hot dishes with salsas and other toppings, delicious fresh cantaloupe and berries, high quality other fruit, oatmeal and toppings, chia pudding and overnight oats, and high quality juices and coffee. The exercise room was the best I have been to in a hotel. Three very nice treadmills with working tvs attached, ellipticals and a stationary bike, nice weights. The pool was also nice and my kids loved that. Halls were wide and nice. Even the stairwell was nice, carpeted, and clean. We felt completely safe, esp since you had to have a card key to get in even through the front door. The neighborhood is also nice and safe.

Nice clean hotel. Quiet, because it is just far enough away from the freeway and has double paned windows. Room is laid out nicely and couch is clean so you can sit on it and relax. I also appreciate that they have medium size tumbler glasses which are nice to have your beer in. Price was very reasonable, and $10 a day parking was cheaper than the $15 a day the Marriott across the street charged.

We enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites. We have stayed at other Homewood Suites locations in California and Texas, and we have had similarly great experiences. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The room are well equipped with comfortable beds, tiled showers, blackout drapes, ample dishware, a hairdryer, a clothes iron, dishwasher, microwave and a 3/4 sized refrigerator. There were two gas BBQs on the patio (we took advantage of one 😋). The complementary buffet breakfast included both hot and cold breakfast foods that were quite tasty. I'm confident we will stay at Homewood Suites the next time we need lodging.
