"The only positive thing I can say is that this placd was newly renovated and clean. This hotel also engages in price gouging at busy times. Over $300 for a 2-star hotel is insane and I didn’t realize until after we already checked in that prices had gone down significantly after we booked. The hotel is very noisy—the walls/doors must be made out of paper. I got to listen to every word of conversation from multiple rooms as loud as if they were in the room right next to my ear, could hear people...

"The property was very cute. It is very well maintained and the property manager was very responsive. The directions were very detailed and the reviews also We stayed in San Francisco suite, which had 2 rooms and Jack & Jill bathroom, great for 4 travelers. Only had 2 concerns. The master bedroom mattress was too soft and we didn’t get the rest we expected. Second was the bath tub, it definitely had character but one of us was not careful and got bruised while getting out, ie the tub is too...

"I was surprised how quiet our room was, it faced the highway and I have stayed at other properties where you hear every truck driving by, so very nice. Clean area to walk our dogs, clean comfortable room. Good breakfast."

"First, we checked in on Thursday, April 16, not Wednesday, April 15 as shown to the left. The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent, especially Melody who worked at the front desk and who listened to and addressed our concerns with warmth and understanding. She was just excellent. What wasn't so good was the constant and loud noise that occurred on Friday night. Our room, 204, was located and open to the main floor, just below us, from which many people (presumably hotel guests)...

"This is the third year we’ve stayed here for events at the college and will be the last. Everything that could be stained, worn or sticky managed to be. "

"Chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. The “hot” tub wasn’t even warm. It was room temperature at best. We waited to get it because there was a couple with a baby in the hot tub. The room was not clean - sticky soda on bathroom vanity counter and a spot of blood on the bathroom floor behind the door. "

"Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast options were good. Gym equipment could use an update, Treadmill frame was broken but worked. No fans in gym and no towels. It was nice that the hotel had multiple water bottle fillers. Conveniently located near mall, shopping and only a 10 minute drive to U of IL campus. Overall, would stay here again if needed."
