"Arrived late evening after 14 hour drive. Bathroom wasn’t clean/ready—toilet lid was up, with a p*bic hair on the seat! Too tired to complain…Next morning, shower diverter didn’t work properly so most water came out tub spout. No soap, the body wash dispenser was completely empty! At breakfast area, was surprised to find no complimentary breakfast like most Holiday Inns but oh well, guess I didn’t read property description so I’ll buy something at the bistro counter. But…no one there to take...

"Everything was wonderful! Will definitely be back when traveling through the area again. Very clean, very comfortable, very pleasant experience — convenient to highway & restaurants a big plus! Also, the pool was OPEN in comparison to so many other places we stayed where the pool was closed for repair, etc. when we arrived. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Great location off I90! Lots of space in lobby to gather with friends and family. Loved the big screen in lobby where we could watch FIFA games. Felt our room was dark so it needed better or more lighting."

"This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly."

"I liked the best was pet free, due to myself and husband with allergies to pets among others. It is hard to find a hotel which is pet free. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. No different for other hotels."

"Some of the lights in the bathroom were not working, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and I had to have my room keys activated 4 different times. Will find a different place to stay next time"

"Internet was very spotty, had to sign in early time I turned it on and wait, then get knocked off.Toiletries were all ( 5 of them) empty, was told they were back ordered. Bathroom and kitchen area was clean. Bed was comfy."

"Staff was very friendly, room itself was clean the only downfall was that it smelt so strongly of cigarettes in the room which was supposedly non smoking it made the stay uncomfortable thankfully it was only for the night but we would not return. Parking was plentiful and it was located closely to lots of dining options as well which was nice."

"I got into my room and unpacked, I have mobility issues and while I don't require an accessible room, this room was ridiculous. The door was way too heavy and it was a struggle to open it every time. I got into the shower only to find a dirty washcloth inside which meant it hadn't been cleaned, then later discovered the trash hadn't been emptied. I complained at the front desk and they offered to move me rooms however I was already unpacked and in too much pain to pack up again so they offered...

"The hotel is located near many amenities and attractions. Clean rooms, polite staff, and heated pool . Lots of parking. Breakfasts in lobby were always fresh and meat varied from day to day."

"Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area."

"This is our 5th stay at this location. The room was clean at check in-great. On our last day the towels and trash were taken care of but the bed was not made. The set up of the room bed-tv-chairs and table was not user friendly. If you wanted to watch TV in bed you would have to turn the tv towards the bed to get the proper viewing angle. "We stayed in cabin 10. It was very clean and we had a great time kayaking and eating at the Sunset Grill. We will be back!"
