"Had such a lovely experience at Golden Haven Hot Springs. Everything from the staff, amenities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere was wonderful. The location was perfect, parking was easy and convenient, and the entire stay felt relaxing from start to finish. You can really tell they care about the guest experience. I would absolutely stay here every time I visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway."

"It was unexpected that we needed to specifically request maid service if we wanted our bed made or toiletries replenished or dry towels. For the price of the room, we expected that the housekeeping services would be automatic."

"We stayed in a king suite with kitchen. Kitchen was poorly equipped. No dish soap, no dish clothes or towels. No paper towels. 2 bowls with a few random pieces of silverware. Not worth the extra money."

We enjoyed the workout facility, massages, the sauna, magnesium outdoor hot tub, adult pool etc. Food was good. We enjoyed biking from hotel into town. Lovina had amazing brunch. Fan of the Napa/Calistoga Valley area! We’ll be back."
