"Everything was great. Because of the World Cup streets were closed and we had to walk a block with luggage to get to the hotel, after getting dropped off with the taxi. Not the hotels fault just a little inconvenient for getting picked up or dropped off from the hotel."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here "

"We came down for the World Cup and Umbral was a perfect location to get to Fan Fest. The room was terrific and the whole hotel space is gorgeous. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. In particular, Sergio the bartender at the Terrace bar. He was terrific and gave us some great advice about attending Fan Fest for the Mexico l-Czechia game. Will stay at Umbral on our next visit!"

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"Hotel was in an excellent location. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The only thing in the shower had some mold in the corners, and there was dust accumulated around the floor around the bathroom sink. I have a thing about bathrooms - but that’s is just me."
