"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice while we were there, plenty of options available. The restaurant and bar were unfotunately closed so we had to drive if we didnt want to cook, as the hotel is a little tucked away. The room itself was very nice and the kitchenette was well equiped. The only downside was there wasn't anywhere to sit and eat,the balcony chairs had seen better days and only had a small drinks table and inside was a a sofa with a glass coffee table so...

"My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. Ker Juliet is a bit away from downtown Pornichet but next to a beautiful beach and walkway along a cliff. There are also a few stores nearby (bakery, boucherie, grocery store). The biggest inconvenience is that there is no WiFi in the residence apartments and one has to come down to the reception or restaurant to get...
"The man at the reception desk is very cold. No emphaty at all. No information about the time of the breakfast, restaurant etc.
In the room there's a QR code to know about the offered services....it does not work. In short I'll find another hotel next time."
