"All is good. Just a caution ; the beds are super soft and ı have back problems. So 1st night was a big problem for me. They fixed it for the 2nd night by putting an extra layer on top of the bed. Then it was OK. IF you are NOT comfortable with soft beds, be aware"

"I can't say enough about this hotel. We had an outstanding experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The staff were attentive, polite and fabulous. The location of the hotel was as good as you could expect - close to the edge of the manic and exciting Trabzon market area. The breakfast was an experience - lots of different foods and very high quality and great presentation. Overall, this hotel puts most of the many US hotels I've stayed in to shame. "This hotel is as clean as any hospital's surgery room. You usually get two rooms in a little apartment style with all the silverware, glasses, plates and pots, every piece of utensils as clean as your own house. Rooms have private laundry machine, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. This place is like renting a full blown apartment flat."
