Lovely view across the field towards the river. 2 negatives - 1) little space for clothes ( most were left in our case )&2) the bright light from the air con unit kept waking us. Lovely staff , Good breakfast , though staff could be reluntant to refill at times - always had to ask - think this was due to how many rooms they still were waiting to come in for breakfast"
