"You just couldn’t be more central in Mulhouse. Nicely appointed hotel. Just one gripe from me. On the hottest nights of the year (around 29C) the air conditioning was not up to scratch in my room. I reported the issue and hopefully subsequent guests will be better catered for."

"The room was very warm, but the staff provided us with summer blanket and a fan which truly helped get us through the night. The staff was very helpful with directions to tram, restaurants provided a dry bag for floating down the river ride, which was exceptionally fun"

"We stayed one night after a cruise. They picked us up at the airport but it was a little difficult to find them however they thankfully found us. We had dinner in the restaurant which was wonderful. they took us back to the airport the next day. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area."
