"During my stay I unfortunately needed medical attention. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They took all my worries away as far as they could and were kind and caring all the way. Excellent service when I needed it most!"

"Great location, owner was a Electric car wizz which was helpful at times for someone who was using one of these for the first time. The owners were very prescriptive of how to tidy the flat etc. Perhaps they shouldn't rent on Hotels.com since this wasn't a hotel in any shape or form. It was disappointing that the accomodation wasn't physically in the main Residence, just a small lockoff on the side of the residence"

One the highlights was our hosts, who gave us great recommendations for both restaurants and things to do in the local area. "Here’s a short and natural review you could post: We had a pleasant stay at Ace Hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy parking right on site. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. However, the amenities are quite basic and could be improved. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay or stopover."
