"The reception staff were awful , not a smile insight, the bar staff were lovely very accommodating and couldn't do more for you . The room was meant to be luxury, a fan no air conditioning !!! Far from luxury had better in a Premier Inn, I understand it was a working farm but a dog barking all night ..."

"Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking .
