"The service was excellent with Privilege Service that gives you special butler service that caters to your needs, such as reservations service for restaurants , room care, luggage delivery to and from your room. You also have service on the breach such as towels delivered, drinks and snacks. Everyone was so friendly it made me and my family feel very special."

"This place was fantastic! My whole family REALLY loved the entertainment! All day, every day there were engaging staff all around providing activities for adults and kids alike. The nightly shows were incredible - I don't know how they do it! I can't say enough positives about this place. I can't wait to go back!"

"Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too."

"This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too."

"The Vista was in Falmouth, Trelawny an area that I am very familiar with. The staff at the Vista were excellent, friendly and helpful. The layout of the facility was very thoughtful and well planned out. This was my first time there but I would certainly stay there again."

"This wasn’t my first stay at GVH, but it will almost certainly be my last. It was my first time staying solo, and the experience fell well below expectations. To give credit, the grounds appear well maintained since Hurricane Melissa. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. For the price I paid for three nights, the WiFi was completely unacceptable. Reliable internet is a basic expectation. I checked with the front desk multiple times and was assured it worked, it didn’t. Only at checkout was I told I’d been given the wrong details the entire time. The response was a casual apology and WiFi details for a “next stay,” which felt insulting. A partial refund would have been far more appropriate. I was also initially placed in a room where the air conditioning didn’t work and had to move. While the new room was close by, this change was not properly updated by the front desk. Therefore, at checkout I was met with looks suggesting I had accessed a room I shouldn’t have. That is not my responsibility. There are no lifts, so I had to call the front desk (using my own phone credit) for help with my luggage. Assistance was given, but it felt like an inconvenience to them. The front desk staff overall were dismissive and unhelpful, making basic interactions frustrating. Breakfast was underwhelming, standard but you could be better. Overall, very disappointing. For the price, I expected much better. Save your money, an Airbnb would likely offer better service and value!!"
