"Areas of the hotel need improvement; parking lot needs to be repaved, there are no sliding doors at entrance and awkward with luggage. Elevator is very tiny and full with 2 people with 2 pieces of luggage! Rooms are a decent size but the bathrooms are ridiculously small, you can not use the toilet without your knees hitting the door if door is open. There is 1 foot between stepping out of the shower and hitting the side of the toilet!!! The shower has one half glass wall and does not prevent...

"It was great for one night but the no elevator thing sucks when you are coming off of a 13 hour flight and have a suitcases to then carry up stairs. Everyone was polite enough though and it was clean."

"Entryway into hotel not very appealing. Guests smoking in the non smoking area. Front desk couldn't guarantee the airport shuttle would show up. 15$ plus tax for a pint of beer in the lounge was excessive especially when bartender wasnt very classy or friendly. Room was excellent , comfy beds, good room temp, great shower but had 2 long hairs on my bath towel. Overall, ok place."

"We stayed for 2 nights, since the first contact the staff was kind and helpful. The A/C in the first room we were assigned was broken and right away Nicolas from the front desk actioned, in 2 mins we had a maintenance person in the room who confirmed the A/C was broken, within 10 mins we were assigned to another room. All the staff was very kind, excellent service. The only thing that Ibwould say can be improve is the temperature and smell of the upper level hallways. The rest is grest as is!"

"Nice facility, the front desk personnel were very welcoming. One thing I found odd was that, without asking for any assistance in the room, a man knocked on my door and asked if we needed anything; he wasn't wearing a hotel uniform. When my husband told him about the TV control, he just said he would bring a new one, but never came back. I bring this up because tourists must be aware of suspicious people; I think this person was looking to see if there was a woman in the room so he could later...
