"Well once I'd found the place, Hotels.com directions via linked map were incorrect and took me to the wrong location via a logging track up another mountainside some 20km away, it was lovely. "Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. "Stunning property and a great location. Excellent restaurant with a vast selection of wines and great food selection and presentation. There is room for improvement in the rooms, the carpets are the same carpets that were there 10 years ago when we last stayed here and are stained and in poor condition in the hallway. The bed pillows are sub-standard foam pillows and only 1 per person. Even though this property has only a 3* rating, this is unacceptable and not in keeping with the hotels potential given the other amenities."
