"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...
"Malheureusement on s'est fait dire sur place qu'il n'y a plus de spa et que ça a été vendu séparément à un autre propriétaire. On allait sur place pour pouvoir relaxer et finalement, aucun service. Le titre et les photos ne sont donc pas à jour malheureusement. NB : la fondue au fromage était super bonne. Un bon service le soir."

"Checked in late at night, but needed to pay local tax directly at check in and to access the building ... payment system didn't recognise foreign credit card. Fortunately 2 very kind men paid for me which was lucky as I had 2 tired kids in the car.
