"J’ai été à l’hôtel seulement pour 5 nuits et c’était magnifique. Le service était bien, j’ai pas dit super bien parce que certains employés n’étaient pas trop accueillant. J’avais l’impression qu’ils étaient impatients envers nos demandes. Par exemple: pour demander du café mais je disais un latté parce que c’est évident que je ne suis pas de la Guadeloupe et il fallait demandé un café au lait(qui veut dire la même chose) . Il m’a corrigé avec beaucoup d’attitude. Il s’est pas d’autres moments...
"We had an awesome time staying at La Toubana! The set up of the resort on the cliff side is very unique….. having a pool up top overlooking the sea and beach below offers the best of both worlds. They have done a great job of making each bungalow feel secluded utilizing the elevation of the cliff and foliage of the land. "The property needs to be upgraded. The furniture on the balcony was dingy and unattractive. The tiles on the perimeter of the balcony as moldy.
The views were lovely. The hotel is located in the heart of everything on the beach.

"Le gîte n’est pas bien entretenu (poignée qui tombe, porte qui ne ferme pas à clé, …) et mal équipé (bouilloire cramée, 4 chaises pour 5 pers, freezer cassé, …). Nous sommes arrivés et il manquait un drap et une serviette de bain, qu’on a dû aller chercher nous même dans le stock au bout de 2 jours, le torchon lui n’est jamais arrivé. Assez bruyant avec la pompe de piscine qui tourne toute la nuit derrière notre chambre, la pompe à chaleur qui vibre contre le mur par intermittence et le volet en...
"The unit was right above the bar and other entertainment common areas. It was loud till around 22:00. The hotel animator was loud and overdone.
Other than that, the ocean front was very shallow on the entire beach. Good for kids.
Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable.
