"The staff is warm and friendly,they were intentional on making you feel comfortable. The food and drink options could use an improvement. They're constantly running out of items and food taste consistently is disappointing. Overall I would say this is a 3 star resort, our return here is questionable"

"Our trip to Coco Bay was fantastic! We loved the room with our own private swimming pool, and the food was delicious and different for every meal. I also enjoyed all the tropical drinks they offered and would serve it on the beach! The staff were all attentive and lovely too Great place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary!"
