"The room has been cleaned every day. Bathroom was also well clean. Athough the size of the room quite small, price/performance rate is quite acceptable. Only negative comment would be the noise from outside. we stayed 4 nights and 2 nights were considerably noisy. Close location to the Metro station."

"The young man who took us in was very friendly as well as the lady receptionist. But we had terrible experience with the guy that was on duty when we picked up our luggage. This man was very rude and mean! Not respectful too. Do not talk to this man if you do not want your day to be ruined. The elevator was out of order and we had a hard time carrying our luggage from 2nd floor. We are just thankful for the lady receptionist that helped out. The a/c was not working too thru out our stay though...

"Stayed at Hôtel Des Arts Montmartre and absolutely loved it!! The staff exceeded our expectations — warm, welcoming and helpful in a genuine and effortless way. Located on a quiet side street in the heart of Montmartre, it was very walkable with easy access to both the bus and métro. Steps up to Sacré-Cœur Basilica are right at the end of the street! "We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

" This hotel sits back from a side street located one block from Kléber Avenue. This made an extremely quiet stay! There was a small parking lot directly in front of the hotel doors. Check-in was easy. We were up graded by management to a larger room because we are Expedia gold members. We thought our room was spacious compared to other EU hotels we have stayed in.
