Beautiful chateaux with friendly owner. The chateaux is huge with very few rooms. Given the oldest part was built in 1115, you can expect that it is as clean as a modern 5 star hotel. Great spot to stay
Clean room but basic, in need of some modernisation. Breakfast was basic too, but served a purpose. Location in parthenay was good! And parthenay itself is a lovely place to stay.

Nice spacicous rooms. One problem was the heat. No aircon. The outside temperature was particularly hot, 39°C. The room fan helped but other areas were extremely warm. Still like this hotel and will stay again in the future.
