The hotel was not as advertised on the hotels.com website. Did not know there would be a self check-in with no idea what to do upon arrival. Fortunately, there were people coming out of the hotel and this enabled us to get into the locked lobby. Otherwise, we would have been left stranded outside ...

Just the air conditioning on our room was not working and some one open our room’s door in te morning while we were still sleeping. Other than that it was really nice and clean.
