"The place was nice and the location was perfect, but you can forget any communication with the host. No way to contact anyone. No number provided. Messaging the host through Expedia yielded nothing. No response. There was no toilet paper, no pillow cases, no wash cloths, and only 2 towels in the whole place, and no way to ask for more. The stupid "checkmyguest" link was really horrible, again providing no way to contact a human being. I would stay in the building again, but hope to never have...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It felt like home away from home. My husband and I wanted a quiet and quaint hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this hotel did just that and so much more. We will definitely visit Sint Maarten again and when we do this is where we'll stay. If you're looking for a clean, quiet and homey feel that's on a beach this is definitely the way to go."
