"La chambre très bien mais mériterait des travaux de rénovation, il manque une maintenance au niveau de l’entretien des appartements (poignées de porte , douche tringle de rideaux) le personnel est très agréable et en particulier Jennifer qui est notre coup de cœur pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance auprès de ses clients. "The location was perfect and the single room with fridge and microwave was ideal. As a lone lady I felt safe in the building and its location meant easy access to all that Nice has to offer. Staff were friendly and nicely always about during 8am to 8pm. On reflection I wish I had asked the staff if I could sit on their balcony in the evening as my single room had no balcony nor outlook. I would suggest asking in future."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"
