"Our room was cleaned each day-plenty of travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just had to get use to 2 hand towels & 2 bath towels per day. The staff was very friendly, helpful & there was alway someone on staff who spoke English. We were able to book a ferry ride to St. Barth at the front desk-took less than 10 minute to do & stress free. Breakfast was the same each day and had a good variety for all-hot food was scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, ham & cheese. There were oats & I think cornflakes, fresh fruit and yogurt cups. Then there was the bread section with white bread, French bread, croissants, & a flaky pastry filled with chocolate. This was my favorite! A toaster was on the table to use. By the breads was a selection of jams-I liked the peach the best. Drinks-cold water, orange & mango juices, coffee, milk-hot & cold & hot water for tea. Every morning the most friendliest cat was there to greet you in hopes of getting some scrambled eggs-she got a full belly from me!!
There is plenty of parking-facing our bungalow was 6 spots. We chose a garden view room but from our deck we had an ocean view through the trees which was really nice. We did not use the hotel pool- it was very nice looking because we ventured out using the bus & taxi services to go the different cities, attractions & beaches to experience the culture.
I give 5 stars for this hotel."
"There was one instance where we lost power, luckily our neighbor was just walking in and guided me to the electric room, we had to turn our panel ON, apparently it happened to her few days ago. I tried reaching to our host for an hour and he didn't answer. I got a little upset, but it was just for an hour and we got it fixed. Other than that small hiccup, everything was great. Great property, great location, great beach"
"I can’t say enough good things about this idyllic boutique hotel! I returned a month ago and have been singing its praises ever since. Firstly, it’s gorgeous. The level of detail in the design and amenities shows a level of true hospitality that is hard to come by (especially coming from the US). The staff was lovely; Idalia at the front desk made sure to spend time with every guest each morning and she was always great conversation. She had wonderful dinner recommendations and didn’t hesitate to help in scheduling those and activities. I forget the name of the woman who made breakfast, but she was also lovely and her food was delicious. The owner, Marion, was a hospitality maven but also incredibly humble.
It was the perfect, peaceful retreat. 10000/10 and am already looking to plan my trip back for 2027. I wouldn’t try any other hotel in the area."
