"Unfortunately we had a ground floor room that was by the pool area. We had the windows open as it was very hot at night, no air con. Even at 11pm there were people or staff around the pool. I don't know if the staff were working or not. The same in the morning from 6....6.30am, noisy and chairs being ..."
