"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"WOW, I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel! I travelled alone, but the whole staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The two daughters (around my age) were really helpful, regarding practical 'stuff'; and I really appreciated their enthusiasm and support regarding me climbing the Gran Paradiso summit! "To reuse the same cloth napkins between dinner and breakfast in the name of eco friendliness is a totally misguided idea. People staying for several nights had the very same napkin set aside for repeated use from meal to meal!!!"
