We also enjoyed the exercise room on property and the location of the property. It was close to the highway as well as to the center of town. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. "Lovely building and we had a really excellent dinner - the catering team was changing so they weren't on their new menu yet so what we had was effectively a one-off. Lots of attention from the chap who was taking over the running of the kitchen. We had an automatic email from the property saying we had pre-payed but when we checked out we were told we hadn't. That caused some confusion especially as the man at checkout kept referring to our Expedia booking - I know Hotels.com is part to Expedia...

"I booked here for a week but left after one night. It was full of bugs and there was blood on my sheets. It resembles an American motel where a serial killer would take people to kill them. Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Disgusting!"
