We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back north. The hotel is lovely and the rooms very comfortable, the restaurant was closed whilst we were there but the bar serves a nice selection without needing to go out. The hotel is ideally positioned to visit Annecy or do what we did and visit Mont Revard with outstanding views of the lake right next to the hotel, the surrounding countryside is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good with enough choice to fill you up and there’s coffee available in...

Hotel Des Eaux is a converted mansion set about 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and about 25 minutes from the lake. Although set on quite a busy road, there is little or no noise from traffic overnight. Easy parking on site. We were welcomed by a very pleasant and helpful receptionist who spoke good English. She took the time to accompany us to our room and made sure everything was good. Room was spacious with high ceiling , a good king bed and a good size shower room and a separate...

Clean and comfortable rooms. We slept amazingly

Always a nice place to stay and pet friendly which helps us a lot. Nice restaurant.

I have stayed in many high end hotels throughout the world and I have to say that this experience was superb from start to finish. Staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The room was superb and the setting was also great. All rooms are individually designed and the building dates back to the 15th century, so is characterful in many regards. If you're in Chambéry and you want a really good place to stay, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel - reception area with free coffee, nice seating and games was super. Rooms were nice also and the kitchenette was helpful. Daily cleaning and towel changes also useful.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The hotel receptionist was incredibly helpful

A really great location and a well kept hotel. Spa is lovely, i went in the evening and was the only one in there

A beautiful guest house in the most beautiful, tranquil location. Shaan is an excellent host who made our stay very pleasurable. HIghly recommended.

Very good aparthotel. Well located for lake and town.

Clean, bright and welcoming

I only spent one night here as part of a road trip to visit friends in Frejus.

Very happy with the stay.Beautiful setting. Most was excellent but for a couple of things. Hotel was a little chilly and bar area by reception was not very cosy/comfortable which did not entice us to spend more time relaxing there.

Nothing was too much trouble for owners. Watched England play with Noah and a beer.
