"Notre chambre n’était pas prête à 16h00. La préposée à l’accueil ne s’est même pas excusée, n’avait même pas l’air désolée. L’hôtel était bondé de monde, c’est la longue fin de semaine. Après m’avoir dit que ça ne prendrai que 10 minutes et que je recevrai un texto, nous avons attendons 35 minutes ..."

"Great location to explore La Malbaie! We enjoyed having a full kitchen in each room which is a unique feature in hotels The complex is quite big so if you are in the pavilion you will need to drive or shuttle to the main building."
