Lovely hotel

I was solo and was a little worried about where I would stay in France. I could not have found a more friendly, accommodating and clean hotel. I stayed 10 days and felt like friends with owner and staff by the time I left. Highly recommend this out of the hustle and bustle of San Raphael hotel! The pool - magnificent!

Very relaxed and comfortable

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Little things like giving us some water and treats as was left was a nice touch. The hotel is quiet and tranquil - the pool is lovely and our ground floor room had a lovely terrace. It is an easy drive to the beach but was nice to be away from the busyness. Car parking was easy at the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property. Lovely staff. Comfortable room and we loved the pool. Suggest for $350 euro you get to use the hot tub and steam. Charging extra for this, along with breakfast seems excessive.

Best surprise of our holiday.

This is the most fabulous boutique hotel situated 5 minutes outside the Raphaél city centre. Here there is calm and trees. Also the pool area is great, clean, large and welcomming. We stayed in the suite with two kids who had their own seperate bedroom and bathroom. There’s a courtyard with jacuzzi. All private. The hotel is neatly decorated with art pieces everywhere you look. A nice bonus to this place is the sbsolutely magnificent staff. This hotel is NOT 3 stars. Its more likely 4 or 5. So the price for the rooms is a bargain!

L’accueil été super! Le petit geste dans notre chambre nous a extrêmement plu Par contre c’est bien dommage sur un point nous avions notre machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas nous avons prévenu la réception afin qu’il puisse voir mais aucun retour et du coup nous avons du aller au bar prendre des cafés.. c’est le seule point négative à dire. Sinon le spa est superbe 👍

ON NOUS A VOLES DANS LA CHAMBRE! PLAINTE DEPOSEE.

Triste expérience. On a oublié des affaires dans l'armoire. A peine, nous nous sommes rendus compte de cet oubli en arrivant chez nous, nous avons appelé l'hôtel pour signaler cet oubli. On nous a répondu que la chambre était déjà occupéeet que les femmes n'avait rien rapporté. Une heure après, on nous a confirmé que le costume et une cravate était retrouvée mais pas la ceinture Hermès. Le lendemain, quand nous avons appelé pour comprendre qui avait pu prendre la ceinture de valeur, on nous a répondu que finalement la chambre n'avait pas été occupée par d'autres visiteurs et que le ménage n'avait toujours pas été fait alors que plus de 24H00 était passée. Devant tant d'histoires contradictoires, nous sommes allés déposé plainte à la gendarmerie. Et malgré notre demande de vérifier les caméras et les relevés de badge électronique, 3 semaines après notre séjour, nous n'avons pas de nouvelles de l'établissement.

Cadre sympatique et chaleureux. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très gentil. les points négatifs : - Il manque terriblement un restaurant dans l'hôtel, je sais que c'est en cours de résolution. - Le petit déjeuner, pour moi il y a trop de choses sucré et pas assez de salé, comme des oeufs brouillés ou en omelette ça aurait été top. - l'ascenseur est un peu juste pour faire passer un fauteuil roulant ce qui était notre cas. - La chambre est correct, la salle de bain est un peu petite et manque de rangement pour 2 personnes. - Le gros point négatif, c'est ce qu'ils s'appellent "frigo" ou "minibar", je n'ai pas la même définition qu'eux. A part faire de la lumière quand on ouvre la porte, tout est à température ambiante. Cela ne refroidit rien du tout... Voilà ma note n'est pas influencée par ce que je vais dire maintenant. J'ai dû malheureusement partir 2 jours avant la fin des vacances pour des raisons professionnelles et la dame qui a fait mon "checkout" m'a dit que je pouvais regarder avec ekookers pour me faire rembourser les 2 jours non consommé et qu'on pouvait les appeler pour confirmer. J'ai fait ma demande chez ebookers, ils ont appelé l'hôtel et là ils me disent que pour l'hôtel c'est un non catégorique alors que c'est eux qui avaient proposé. Ne faite pas miroiter un remboursement quand ce n'est pas possible, dites le dès le départ... je m'étais fait déjà à l'idée d'avoir rien en retour. Bref, ça m'est resté un peu en travers de la gorge.
