The hotel was easy to find, and had good parking. The reception area was well laid out with access to food and drink vending machines. The room was immaculate, and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite facility was excellent. The reception and other staff were helpful and pleasant. A nearby Italian restaurant was great.

Excellent location for motorway convenience, but amongst businesses like many similar hotels. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The ensuite had a good shower cubicle and shower gel provided. No hairdryer, but several sockets. For its star rating, I would say it was at the better end. Breakfast was very good for a buffet and the room was modern and clean. Checking in was straightforward but long winded, needing codes , names , email addresses etc.entrance to the building and bedroom was via a codenumber. My recommendations is to book breakfast at the hotel. I paid in advance and had to pay again during check-in. A message to the hotel resulted in a refund the same day. If I am after a budget hotel convenient for those motorways, I would use it again.

A mixed bag

Our room (#3) was tired and stark. The bed, although comfortable, was stuck in the corner so was difficult to access the far side. We appreciate that this was set up to maximise floor space for a wheelchair user but didn’t look good. The bathroom was also tired but clean. Our big positives were that the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good and we were able to have our small dog under the table whilst we ate breakfast.

Great to be back.

A step back to pre Covid stays which we always enjoyed. We we a little late down to breakfast but all except the bacan and scrambled eggs was in plentiful supply. Staff were all very efficient and friendly.

Als Zwischenstopp perfekt - sauber, gute Parkmöglichkeiten und doch recht ruhig für die Lage! Unmöglich ist das Check-In Gerät: in die Jahre gekommen, abgenutzt und damit ein effizientes und einfaches Handling kaum möglich

J'avais réservé une chambre pour faire une étape au Mans. J'ai été entièrement satisfait. La chambre est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner proposait un large choix d'aliments.

Après avoir réservé via hotel.com, j'ai payer sur place la taxe de séjour et les petit déjeuner, je n'ai jamais réussit à avoir une facture de ce que j'avais payé, le personnel vous prend dd haut et le service client de B&B encore pire !!! Je ne retournerais plus dans cette établissement ni dans cette chaîne d'hôtel, dommage il ont perdu un client... Je voulais juste une facture de ce que je venais de payé sur place et non une ( fausse facture comme celle que l'on m'a donné...)
