Ideal for overnight stop.

Our stay was for an overnight stop on the way to our holiday home further south. The room was basic, good value, clean and perfect for our needs. We were able to eat a a restaurant recommended close by which was ideal.

Comfortable small room in motel style accommodation . Parking outside the room which is helpful when on the move, however not monitored but all was ok for us. Bathroom is an add-on capsule in the room but fine. We didn't have breakfast so can’t comment . Check in was good

This is a budget hotel and that's exactly what you get. Don't expect massive room sizes or you'll be very disappointed! If you just want a functional, clean room for a night's stop-over, then you could do a lot worse than this hotel which is near to all major routes. Quite a selection of restaurant chains nearby too. (Buffalo Grill, La Boucherie, etc.)

Looking for an overnight stay, near the northernly side of Le Mans with an overnight locked car park. Arrive late. Lovley lady at cleck in, who for some reason knew in seconds that my french accent meant I spoke English! Lock the car and sleep. Up and away the next morning for a leisurely, non motorway, drive to get the boat from Cherbourg. For the price, Value. It is a motel so do not be looking for anything fancy, as I said value. The place was spotless and one of the best Air Cons, I have come across in years. There is a large Italian restaurant 2 minutes walking and a large Tesla charging point. It is also a 2 minute drive to a Auchan hyper market and a very large retail park with numerous restaurants. Breakfast was not expensive and I felt appropriately priced. I thought the fridge and the cooked meats looked a bit warm, so I gave them a miss. Several cups of black coffee and a couple of Pain au chocolat, are a great way to start a days drive.

Correct pour le prix que j'ai payé (55€). Au-delà, allez ailleurs. La chambre était petite mais cela m'importe peu. En revanche, elle était sale (de la poussière et des traces au sol partout, une pomme de douche ignoble...) et je me suis réveillée avec des fourmis partout dans l'entrée. J'étais dans une chambre au RDC et la porte a un gros jour en dessous, plein d'insectes y sont rentrés (pas surprenant puisque que le couloir extérieur est très sale). L'insonorisation est inexistante (j'entendais les marches dès que quelqu'un montait ou descendait l'escalier). Heureusement, la clim' fonctionne très bien et est silencieuse, ce qui m'a permis de bien dormir (elle n'est pas centrale et réglable au bon vouloir des personnes).
