"Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink."
"Our stay at this Quality Inn was overall much better than another hotel we had previously booked in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent — close to restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences. It is also connected to House of Pizza, and guests receive a 10% discount, which was a nice bonus.
The only issues we experienced were related to noise. Around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday night, there was a loud disturbance in the hallway involving someone screaming, which woke me up. Then during checkout in the morning, there appeared to be a disagreement between employees at the front desk that was also quite loud.
Aside from those incidents, the stay was positive overall, and I would consider staying here again because of the cleanliness, convenience, and location."
"Our group booked rooms here while traveling for a funeral this week and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the condition of the hotel. One of the rooms in our party had heavily stained carpet and furniture that appeared to have bodily fluids or vomit stains, and it did not look like the room had been properly cleaned before check-in. Photos were taken documenting the condition.
Because of the sanitation concerns, our group decided to relocate to another hotel.
The location is convenient with plenty of nearby food, shopping, and restaurants, but the cleanliness and room standards need serious improvement. The front desk is also not always staffed, and guests may need to call a number for assistance when arriving.
Travelers should also be aware that the hotel did not offer any refund after we raised concerns about the room conditions.
If you’re looking for a place simply because it’s inexpensive, it may work for a quick stay, but travelers may want to consider spending a little more for better room conditions and service."

"This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast area is well kept and there is a pancake machine! The front desk and breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful. They made my puppy and me feel very welcome. "
