"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at ROK Hotel Kingston, Tapestry Collection by Hilton during a short business trip to Kingston, Jamaica, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a stylish boutique atmosphere with contemporary design, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. The team was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a pleasant stay from check-in through departure. Its central Kingston location made it an excellent base for business meetings while also providing easy access to the city's dining, cultural attractions, and corporate districts. The modern amenities, comfortable workspaces, and relaxing ambiance created the perfect balance between productivity and relaxation. I would highly recommend ROK Hotel Kingston to both business and leisure travelers looking for a sophisticated boutique hotel experience in Jamaica. I look forward to returning on my next visit. "We checked in late and the security guard and the hotel clerk provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and nice, and although we didn't get an opportunity to use it, the pool looked lovely. Hope to stay here again."

"Loved the room. We had a 2 bedroom loft and it was like having a mini apartment. The staff was super friendly and they helped arrange airport transportation. The only thing to watch for is their pool isn’t a traditional pool - more of a lap pool. Wish I knew that before. And you probably wanna get meals offsite - not the traditional flavorful Jamaican cuisine."

"Very nice atmosphere with antique furniture in the lobby. Checking in and out took a long time with their computers and printers not working properly. My bathroom door stuck on the floor tiles and the hot water was cool at best. The two 500 ml water bottles per day seemed inadequate. The water to my room stopped running at 4:30am and I notified the front desk. Half an hour later no one had come to my room or updated me, so I called the desk again and requested more bottled water. Minutes later I received two extra 500 ml water bottles and the water was running again. Overall, the food was very good, and despite being somewhat expensive, our stay was an enjoyable experience."
