"We can fully recommend Charnay Plaisance! The main house is beautiful (some renovation work is ongoing but is unobtrusive); our room was very comfortable; breakfast was very good; the swimming pool was fantastic and the welcome we received (from reception staff and from the owner and his wife) was very warm and friendly. "Stopped at this hotel on a drive through France and it was great. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food is delicious and the pool is a lovely way to unwind after a long drive. The rooms are perhaps a touch basic but they have everything you need and were clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I travel a lot! This was by far the best hotel I have ever experienced. I was honestly blown away from the minute I arrived until I walked out the door. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! The food and drinks were exceptional and the view was incredible. This hotel is worth every penny and then some! I am extremely impressed "

"We stayed there for 2 nights close to the Chambord castle. Very convenient location. Service and staff were great and very helpful with diner reservations in the area. Room was quiet and big enough for me and my 2 kids. Will stay there again if coming back in the area. "
