Parking was very limited and unsafe. Fell a couple of times as it was very icy and not salted. We could barely go up to the hotel. Very small room for the price, while we got to our room the door wasn't even closed properly. Staff was warm and helpful. Overall not worth the price to be honest.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms were acceptable and the location was excellent, especially for the price we paid. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also a food basket for breakfast that was very convenient. Unfortunately, our only negative experience was with one cleaning staff member. After my wife asked her for help opening our door while she was cleaning the room next to ours, the interaction was unpleasant. Later, despite leaving a “make up my room” sign on the door, our room was not cleaned. We noticed the sign had been flipped to “do not disturb,” which we are confident was done intentionally so the room wouldn’t be serviced. This was a disappointing and unnecessary experience, but aside from this incident, the hotel itself met our expectations and was good value for the money.

I only stayed 1 night wish I did 2. Thr roon was so clean bed was a little to soft for me but I liked that it vobrates with music very relaxing. I had no issue speaking English. They speak both. View if the lake which is nice. I definitely will be going back in the mid summer.

The stay at this motel was truly exceptional! The staff are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel right at home.
