Great surprise!

Very clean, nicely renovated, good restaurant. Room had a good size refrigerator, which was not advertised. Well above what you would expect for a low price hotel.

Quick overnight stay. Would be great for anyone travelling the route vert on bicycle. Would have been nice if there had been coffee to go with the communal coffee maker( could have been in a cupboard?) Info on the lookout was helpful, walked to the shore for the sunset .

Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and the coffee the best we had on our trip. Room was large and spacious, clean, lots of towels, good A/C (quiet and efficient and effective), bed was comfy. Only real downsides is it is quite dated and need bigger beds and then 4 pillows instead of 2 (sounds nit picky but I have hip and back trouble and must use 2 pillows to sleep which means y husband had no pillow).

I liked the solid sound proof walls. Was very quiet. The heating and cooling systems are brand new. The door and bathroom are newly replaced and updated. Still a few features to be updated, but it is an older property, so it is expected to show some age.

Liked its location & it was very clean. Didn't like having no microwave or coffee in the room which is very unusual these days. The door leading into the building was awkward & the key sometimes worked & other times not. I had to make several tries each time I wanted entry. Also it seemed it wasn't always locked so was unsafe for guests

The room was appointed in a modern way. It was clean and a good effort has been made in keeping the room updated. I had the use of their one EV charging station which was very important to me. Points for attention: the shower head sprays all over the place and gets the floor wet outside the shower. The bed is very hard. A mattress topper may be of some use.

The staff where welcoming and very pleasant to deal with. While the motel was not busy, the room I was given was up a long flight of stairs and at the very end of a corridor ... a long way to drag my bags. No microwave or coffee in the room. The bed was very hard and very uncomfortable.
