Unbelievable would be an understatement! Starting with the host Clemence who was simply a delight and couldn’t do enough for us to make us feel at home and welcomed . The property itself is magnificent, spacious grounds immaculately kept . Children’s play area etc . The rooms are spacious , clean and beautifully decorated with the most amazing bedding and comfy beds . Breakfast was a treat every morning and got the day off to a great start . Perfectly situated 20mins from Bayeux and not more than 35 mins to any of the major DDay sites . AMAZING !

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Clémence ist super freundlich und eine tolle Wirtin. Zum Frühstück gab es stets frisches, selbstgemachrs Brot, selbstgemachter Joghurt sowie auch jeden Tag etwas selbstgemachtes süsses wie Crepes, French Toast, Pancakes,... Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Wir hatten in unserem wirklich tollen Zimmer nur eine Badewanne, welche zum Duschen etwas umständlich war. Aber das ist wirklich eine ganz kleine Anmerkung am Rande. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un gîte

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un gîte. Ce n'est pas indiqué dans le descriptif. Il faut ramener ses draps, serviettes et papier toilette ! Et il faut surtout une lampe torche, car les lodges sont dans la nature, sans aucune lumière ni indication. Il n'y a pas de wifi, pas de télé. Sinon, endroit très calme, très propre. Bon petit-déjeuner, mais attention il est compris dans la réservation, donc pas à payer en sus.

Lovely setting with large bathroom and all amenities. If you are upstairs you have to get used to the sloping roof encroaching in the bedroom, but a very small prive to pay. Owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home.
