We booked for 3 adults, we got a double bed and a bunk bed over the double for our 20yr old who is 6ft 2 and weighs in at 18 stone!!!! Not suitable, rubbish pokey room, noisy! Would not recommend or stay again

Underwhelmed!

We felt we were sleeping in a cupboard. The room was tiny as was the bathroom. The shower was hopeless. You had to press a button and the water stayed on for about 30 seconds and then went off until you pressed the button again. The lady in reception was charming.

Not so good. Avoid if you have low car.

Chose this hotel because of secure parking to protect my car and finished up damaging it when going over gate floor guides. The gate has been installed too high from the floor and there isn’t an appropriate ramp to smooth the crossing for a low vehicle like mine. So if you have a low ridding car (such as a BMW 6 series like mine) so not stay here. Room was tiny and you can literally hear everything next door as walls are made of “cardboard”, but it was clean and the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Over all I will not stay here again and I do not recommend, sorry to say.

Checking in was a joke the number supplied doesn't reply after 8pm. The answer phone gives you another number for emergencies but doesn't answer before multiple attempts and only by text. Eventhough i got hold of someone i had to pay for another night. The room was clean but dated Staff were rude and said it was my fault for having booked late (9.30pm) eventhough i had received the booking confirmation. I will never go back. Hotel.com were very helpful replied quickly and gave me a full refund on their side.

Bruits et luminosité intempestifs

Insonorisation inexistante, érant donné que la fenêtré de la chambre ne ferme pas hermetiquement, les bruits de la circulation nous empechent de dormir. De meme il n'y a aucun volet roulant à l'étage alors que le néon de la façade surplombe la fenetre, ce qui éclaire la chambre et nous empêche également de pouvoir dormir dans cette halte censée nous permetre de passer une nuit réparatrice avant de reprendre la route.
