"The property was very well located and staff was helpful and kind! Check-in and check out were both very easy. Our room was rather dated and could use a deep clean, but it was generally clean overall and the view of the castle was amazing. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked well!"

"Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation."
