Staff were all really nice and helpful. As soon as we checked into the hotel, we were given our luggage shipped from Kyoto. My sister raved about the steak at the buffet. I enjoyed the pasta. Airport bus was really convenient. I think there's a bus that takes you to the Aeon shopping center too. ...

Rooms are quite good, clean, plenty of space (twin room). Staff were excellent. onsite Lawson is always a bonus. Free 5 min bus service every 20 min to Narita Airport is great, recommended.
