"Location is great. View of bay is wonderful. Lots of transportation options. Right next to train station. Walking distance to many shopping and attractions. One odd issue is that there isn’t an option to walk to lobby at certain times. The escalators in shopping area close when shopping center is closed. Otherwise you need to take 2 elevators regularly from floor to your room, that’s a little odd. Otherwise a very nice room, staff, and location. "

I also stayed at APA Roppongi Six and this hotel was much better. Stay here. "

"We arrived and the staff was very helpful and spoke English well. They upgraded our room at no charge. The room was large for Japanese standards and had a small kitchenette with refrigerator, cooktop and microwave. The bathroom was spacious with a deep tub and shower. Amazing hotel and staff!"
