"Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa).
To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite.
The only thing I will say is it could use a little more TLC around the grounds for minor things like gardens, but they seemed to be working on this while we were there. Please taper your expectations for these types of destinations! Small island nations have may have big hearts, but they don’t have big budgets. Don’t expect to find a fancy Bali resort here!
