"CLEANLINESS - FRONT LOBBY- dirty crumpled paper towel on the floor that left there all day. The carpet on the stairs and lobby desperately needed vacuuming. Pebbles were all around. "What I did not like was we were told that breakfast was included and it was not. When I brought it up they said I was miss lead. Arrived 15 mins early our room was not ready they said they will call us. An hour and 20 mins later I went back to see why we were not called. And they said someone forgot ..."
