"We really enjoyed our stay at Terasu. The staff were incredibly helpful and so kind. Things worth flagging is that if you have a room close to front of the hotel it will be very loud because of the street close by. Nonetheless breakfast was great and varied. Views from the hotel were also gorgeous.And the facilities were great - we made use of the sauna and hot tub too."

"This place is a gem, beautiful property, great hike, good food, friendly staff. Only downside is an insane policy that you aren't allowed to use the hot tub. You need to book it 2 hours in advance and it costs approx $15CAD per person. As a result it sits there unused in this amazing location or would be such a massive asset of the ownership didn't ruin it by having it be the only per per use hot tub in Colombia. Honestly even with this it's probably worth it. If they fixed that issue this would be one of the nicest places I stayed on my whole trip."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and helped us make the most of our stay in Salento. The property was quiet, clean, and beautiful. The hotel can connect you with a taxi service that can get you into town for COP 25,000. The breakfast was large and delicious. I would definitely stay here again."
