Simple & Fabulous for it

Really lovely apartments, great location with amazing value. + Value & Price + Location + Very High standard of room (Standard Studio) - Parking is costly - Unmanned reception made it a little confusing when Checking in - Could have had more tea/coffee making stuff Really had to reach for straws with the negatives. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay for a couple

Great location and highly recommended for the competitive price. Pillows were a bit flat and hard but other than that could not fault this apartment.

Great Comfort at a reasonable price

We have stayed here so many times. Different size apartment but always comfortable. Excellent, comfortable beds and great view.

First impressions are sadly the ones that last ...

The location in Media City is excellent, and for longer stays would be ideal with the inclusive facilities. It maybe unfair to compare it with an hotel but the check-in experience was poor. If it wasn't for another guest letting us into the reception we would have been left outside for a good five minutes on a very windy corner! Then when the receptionist finally did arrive we weren't impressed. But that aside I have to say the apartment was very clean and offered all we required for our one night stay.

Have stayed here before, Good location. Nice apartment with full kitchen and adequate equipment,Reasonable price for our stay. Some dust on ceiling and wall. Bed linen slightly marked,Otherwise very good. Reception staff during our stay were both quite miserable, a smile would have been more welcoming. We would stay there again.

Couldn't even find it...

I booked an apartment online fairly last minute, as it was conveniently located for my meeting the next day. I drove there in my car, following the post code in my satnav. I couldnt find the place as the post code just took me to mediacity (a huge complex of buildings), and the map on the email confirmation wasn't helpful either. It doesn't even exist in google maps when entered! I rang the number given on their website and it rang out... at 7pm. Very poor service. In the end, I ended up paying for another hotel without any refund. Avoid IMO.

100% would stay here again

We had a bit of a noisy neighbor but this didn't effect our stay. We were unable to hear them from our room, could only hear them when we were in the corridor. Great location. Great place to stay 5/5 from me

Lovely stay. Would of been better if we could of opened balcony doors. But unable to due to insurance reasons. Everything else was comfortable and lots of bars and restaurants with in a short walk. So all in all a good stay.

The number of dishes and cutlery provided in the apartment is bare minimum. On asking for couple of more spoons or plates doesn't help much. It is a serviced apartment and small things like toilet paper should be made available in-house.

Studio rooms are without windows and balconies are locked. So no ventilation. Feels like sauna on a hot day. No provision of fans or AC. Thankfully I was moved to another room on request. The double bed in the new room was makeshift using two singles which made the sleep very uncomfortable. And the surrounding area was very noisy even at night due to some motor machines working.

The property was not very clean around the edges. The walls were marked and the floor in the kitchen was de-laminating. There is minimal crockery and cutlery which was not a problem but a surprise. The oven did not work.
