She was so helpful, with directions, information about the airport, booked us a shuttle AND helped me bring our luggage up to the room! Every hotel should have someone like Manon at the front desk. "Tv didn't work. Wasn't even plugged in behind tv. Took over an hour and 3 separate visits to fix. Wanted to eat but black bar maid stood over me tapping her fingers while I read the menu. Got so frustrated I left and went to Burger King. AC was good."
