"Our stay at the Holiday Inn Sydney - Waterfront was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect, right on the waterfront with beautiful views and easy access to everything in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. Staff were friendly, professional, and made the experience even better with their helpful attitude. Everything about our stay met or exceeded expectations."

The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me."
