Staff is great really helpful and kind cabins are so clean cute a cozy loved all the dog parks and other Amenities it has! Really awesome place loved it so much that I extended my stay
the cabin was clean, had coffee for the morning, AC worked great, for us we drove all day and it was very nice to get in quickly and have everything clean and working well
Good place to stay although I wish the clubhouse was open later without having to notify!! Things were hectic on my end before checking in (not their fault) so I wasn’t able to notify in time for those fun activities to enjoy. The beds were pretty hard but that could also be bc of my back injury. Overall, very clean, quick, and friendly place to stay. Lots of activities but make you’re you get there before the clubhouse closes ect.
This place was really nice and had a lot to do there. Pool was nice, cabin was cute and perfect for a family of 5! Only downside was lots of wasps, wasps nests under the deck. My daughter got stung. And a few bugs in the cabin. But it was in the desert so it odd kind of a given for there to be some. Still a great stay.
We had a fun and mostly pleasant stay at Sun Outdoors — great location, comfy vibes, and a nice spot to unwind. That said, housekeeping may have taken a vacation of their own. We discovered a pair of dirty socks and a rogue toy truck hiding under one of the mattresses (bonus scavenger hunt, I guess?). Some of the beds werent made, which made check-in feel more like we were crashing someone else’s sleepover. And the grill? Let’s just say it had seen things — and probably cooked its last burger a few guests ago. With a little extra cleaning love, this place could be a total gem
The spot is adorable, cute, and cozy. It was overall good but there are a few things. The twin bed in the second bed didn’t have linen. The ac in that room was also not working well to cool it down. Although there isn’t a person after 5, communication was great. Mesquitos are also very bad so bring spray. I would stay again and make sure to stay early enough to use the amenities.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
Great concept but cleanliness was lacking. Bedding was stained and had something crusted on it. Dog hair all over the couch. Dog food under the bed. Limited dishes they provided weren’t very clean. Plan on doing your own cleaning. Based on other reviews we brought our own bedding and were glad we did. AC worked intermittently. Facilities and general area were nice just wish there had been more attention to pre-arrival cleaning.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Overall this property has many amenities. I liked the nature trail that connected the welcome center to the cabins. We were here for an overnight stay. I got a call at 4:50pm to collect payment because offices were closing at 5, but the confirmation said to check in between 3-7pm. Regardless check in was simple with things in a drop box. No check out instructions however, and no one at the welcome center when we went to check out at 8:30am. The cleanliness could have been better, the bathroom corners were dirty and had hair and the sheets had tears in them. Unnecessary comparing to how the property is upkept. I was also disappointed that we got a two queen/ full bed chalet, my reservation stated we were getting a bunk room in one room which have better suited our situation with three kids so things were a little tight. The cabin had everything we needed, the TVs kept freezing on any channel so watching TV was not an option.
