"I couldn’t be happier with our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, providing easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and bus stops. We didn’t have to walk more than a few feet to get to anything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and housekeeping was perfect! It’s been a long time since we’ve had perfect housekeeping services that came daily without us having to call and ask for service. And we travel a lot so that’s really a testament to how great everything was. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is well maintained. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast doesn't have too many choices compares to other hotels I have been, but the food was good. In terms of location, it was a bit hidden but we drove so it was not bad. Limited parking space around the hotel, but the staffs were able to tell us where to park on the street. Do not expect any nice view from the room because the building is low and blocked by other buildings beside it. Overall, clean room & great value for the price! Thank you."

"I usually don't go for Hostels but this one was exceptionally good! The pods were small but just right for sleeping with good storage for a small space. I liked how the rooms were private and you could control the AC/lighting. The bathrooms were clean and safe (private stalls for both shower and toilet). I like the amenities and it was enough for us to use a fridge, microwave, and tea kettle so we could save some money eating in rather than going out for every meal. It was very secure, you needed to scan your wrist band for every floor and the front door would lock at a certain time so only guest with wristbands could enter late at night which made me feel safe. Someone is also at the front desk 24/7 which was super helpful and awesome for safety! I loved it and would recommend!"

"A nice clean room, well positioned just outside Reykjavík with plenty of public transport options. Room was a little too warm at times (heating was off!!) but overall very good value for money."

"Room was clean & spacious with good powerful shower. TV channels a little confusing! We didn't use the spa as it was quite costly at £20 (approx). Restaurant attached does not advertise it's prices for evening meals at the door or provide a menu. We were simply directed to the buffet with no mention of the bar food option. To pay £150 for 3 buffet meals (& drinks) was hugely expensive (& that included a 20% discount). Had we known of the bar food option, we would have almost certainly simply have had fish & chips for around £25 each (including discount). I would strongly suggest the restaurant makes it's prices & food options clear for all to see. 😔"
